If you would like to change your address, you will need to contact us at - info@shoespicky.com and update us with the new delivery address. After the order is shipped, we will no longer be able to change the shipping address.
Please check all items thoroughly after receiving them. Sometimes your items may be damaged in transit. When this happens, we just need you to send an email and damage photos within 5 days of the shipping date. Any damaged or missing items reported after 5 days will not be refunded.
