Returns and Refund Policy

We strive to offer 100% satisfaction to all our valued customers. We offer a refund or exchange for defective items, missing items, or items significantly different from our description. As the products from Shoespicky.com are all custom-made according to the customer’s measurements, we offer a fair and responsible return/exchange policy.

    Return/Exchange (accepted under the following circumstances):

    1. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be

      • Unused
      • Undamaged
      • All tags attached
      • Original packaging
      • Our return policy lasts 15 days from the date of tracking. If 15 days have gone by since you received your products and you have not contacted us, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
    2.  Defective/Incorrect items
      • At shoespicky.com, we are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However,  it may happen that you receive a damaged item or incorrect product. We guarantee a 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items.

            3. Product lost in transit

        • If the product doesn’t arrive because it is clearly lost in transit. We can either send you another product or we can refund you 100%.

      Return/Exchange process:

      • Step 1: You must first contact us, providing us with the order number and the reason for the return/exchange in our contact form.
      • Step 2: Leave a note with your order number and insert it into the return package.
      • Step 3: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. Our customer service will provide the return address.
        • Step 4: Post the item(s) to us via your preferred shipment method.
        • Step 5: Once your parcel reaches us, we will process the refund/exchange within 5 working days. The refund will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 working days. 

        Restocking fee:

        • Due to inspection, warehouse, and processing costs a 10% restocking fee will be applied to all item(s) that are returned.  Item(s) being returned/exchanged due to manufacturers defect will not incur this restocking fee. The fee will be applied to the original order and the remaining balance will be refunded.

          Refund method:

          • Please allow 5 working days for your refund to post to your original payment method. We will notify you by email when your refund has been submitted.

                Return/Exchange shipping costs:

                • Customer is responsible for return/exchange postage unless products are defective or wrong.
