Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a fair and responsible return policy for our standard-sized footwear.

15-Day Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 15 days. This period begins from the date your order is delivered (as shown on the tracking information).

If 15 days have gone by since you received your products, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Undamaged
  • With all original tags attached
  • In its original packaging

Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@shoespicky.com.

Please provide your order number and a photo of the issue so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@shoespicky.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning an item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will pay for return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Restocking Fee

Due to inspection, warehouse, and processing costs, a 10% restocking fee will be applied to all item(s) that are returned.

This fee will not be applied if the return is due to a manufacturer's defect or our error. The fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund (minus the 10% restocking fee) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
