They sent the wrong color and insisted I ordered the wrong color. The worn hat black plastic over it. Would not return or exchange, even though I fooled their policy. Won’t do business with them again.

This backpack is super! It's SO roomy and the material is very sturdy. The stitching is straight all around, as are the zippers. The Badger decorations are great. At first I believed the price was too expensive, but now I know I got what I paid for - quality! I will definitely buy from this company again.
